We are equipped to handle full construction projects across the major Texas hubs, including Austin, Dallas, and Houston. While our core construction crews are focused on these regions, we can occasionally take on builds in outlying areas depending on the project scope. You are located in Austin, but I’m located much further away—can you help?

Absolutely! While we only build in Texas, we design homes across the entire USA. We have successfully helped clients from coast to coast by partnering with a national network of architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers. We ensure your plans meet local codes and are ready for your local builder to execute flawlessly.

I already have plans, but they aren't working. Can you fix them?

Yes! We frequently step in to help with plan revisions. Whether your plans were rejected by the city, are over-budget, or just don't feel right, reach out to us. We will do everything we can to revise and optimize your drawings to get your project back on track.

Do you guys help with interior design?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We believe a home’s layout and its interior style should be born together. We have in-house interior designers who work alongside our architects. We don't just pick colors; we provide full Color Palettes, Furniture Schedules, Lighting Schedules, and Fixture Schedules. Even if we aren't your builder, we provide a complete "Interior Blueprint" that you can hand to any contractor for a seamless finish.

1. Are you just a design firm, or will you stay with me during construction? 
We are your end-to-end partner. While many firms disappear once the plans are stamped, we stay engaged. If we aren't your physical builder, we act as your Consultant. We can join your meetings with contractors, review their bids for "hidden fluff," and ensure they are building exactly what was engineered. We are the "checks and balances" for your investment.

2. What if something goes wrong on-site with the city or the contractor? 
That’s when we step in as your Champion. If a city inspector has a question or a contractor says a design "can't be built," you don't have to argue with them—we do. We speak the technical language of the trades and the legal language of the city. We protect you from being "up-charged" for things that should have been included.

3. Why is having a "Master Advisor" better than hiring an architect and builder separately? When you hire separately, and a problem arises, the builder blames the plans and the architect blames the builder. You are left caught in the middle, paying for the fix. As your Integrated Partner, the "buck stops with us." We coordinate the architecture, the structural engineering, and the civil site work as one cohesive unit, eliminating the "Finger-Pointing Tax."
